Thanks to a few PT sessions a few years ago, I am now a regular and confident member at Train, it has become part of my weekly routine & have made some fab friends who I train with.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

Is there onsite parking?

Yes. We have onsite parking and there is also additional parking less then 100m walk away.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. We don't believe in contracts so you can cancel at any time. 

I haven't done exercie in years are your classes suitable for me?

Yes, ofcourse all of our classes are suitable for all fitness abilities.  

What if there are exercise in the classes that I can't do?

If you are unable to do any of the exercises our expert coaches can modify or change the exercise as necessary. 

How do I know if your classes are what im looking for?

We offer a 7 day free trial. This way you can experiance our classes first hand.

Can I use the gym outside of the classes?

Yes. Our members get access to the gym. The only times you can't use the gym are during class times and personal training sessions.
