What happens after the 7-day free trial?
Once your 7-day free trial ends you will automatically be billed for your first month.
What I decide I don't want to continue after the 7-day free trial?
If you decide you don't want to continue after your 7-day free trial, you can cancel before the 7th day and will not be charged.
What if there are exercise in the classes that I can't do?
If you are unable to do any of the exercises our expert coaches can alter or change the exercise as necessary.
When are the classes?
Group training
Monday and Wednesday at 6:15 pm and 7 pm
Friday at 6 pm

How to access the gym outside of classes?
You need to use the keypad codes for the locks. These can be found on our Facebook group.
Is there onsite parking?
Yes. We have onsite parking and there is also additional parking less then 100m walk away.
