Coach Jasper Chisholm
Jasper is a former professional boxer who started his career at 16, originally to improve fitness, but soon developed a passion for the sport and entered the competitive arena. After an 11-year amateur career with numerous bouts and several titles, he turned professional at 27, signing a contract with renowned promoter Tommy Gilmore. His professional journey spanned three years, during which he continuously improved and gained extensive experience in the sport.
Transitioning to coaching after his professional stint, Jasper became a Boxing Scotland Pool Coach in 2012 and was later appointed as the Boxing Scotland Regional Coordinator for the North in 2018. In this role, he oversees the training and development of Scotland's top boxing talents and manages a Performance Pathway program. Jasper holds an AIBA 1 Star Coach certification and a Level 1 (SVQ1) in boxing coaching, and remains committed to learning and applying innovative techniques in his training sessions.
