BOXFIT

BoxFit is an energising, youth—and ladies-only exercise class that invites women to experience a thrilling workout. The program is designed for all fitness levels and emphasises strength, conditioning, and boxing fundamentals in a supportive and uplifting environment. It's the ideal space for women to boost their confidence, improve their fitness, and connect with a community committed to personal growth and physical empowerment.

All BoxFit class and two Group training (16+) sessions every week
