TRAIN Teens is a dynamic fitness program specifically designed for teens ages 12–15, focused on building physical and mental strength through a variety of engaging activities. Led by certified coaches, the program cultivates a love of fitness, enhances confidence, and fosters community among participants.
Includes age-appropriate weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements.
Develop a love for fitness, boost confidence, and improve overall resilience.
All classes are conducted by quilified coaches who emphasise safety and proper technique.
Classes are 45 minutes and limited to 12 participants.

The TRAIN Kids 8-11 program is specially tailored for children ages 8-11. It focuses on fostering fundamental skills through engaging in physical activities. It introduces foundational fitness practices such as basic bodyweight movements, agility exercises, and simple team sports, aimed at enhancing coordination and physical literacy.

The TRAIN Kids 5-7 Program invites children ages 5-7 to start their fitness journey in a fun, vibrant, and supportive environment. Our activities are designed to introduce movement patterns through playful games and simple exercises that encourage physical activity and basic motor skills development.
